The APG Connect DIY Sales Program puts property owners in charge of the complete sales process, including listing, marketing, advertising, enquiries, negotiation, and final contract documents.
APG Connect serves as a system consultant or project manager to provide the Openn System and SME Sales Automation system setup and oversee the final offer or the final bidding stage. The DIY Sales System costs $499 plus GST per listing, and the DIY Sales Program is a one-time fee of only $1,288 per listing plus GST.
The APG Connect Collaborative Sales Program allows the property seller, APG Connect Top Performers Agent, and business coach to share the work and profits. The property seller only needs to handle the open home inspection and the building and pest inspection. APG Certified Agents takes care of the rest, including property listing, marketing, advertising, enquiries, Openn negotiation program, and final contracting. The cost for this program is a one-time fixed fee of $18,999 plus GST.
